NHV pay scale?

What is the story with NHV-Blueway.
Did the pilots loose or gain on the deal?
How do they compare to CHC, Bond or Bristow?

So far, I have been told, everything is as it used to be. A few details concerning the Blueway/Dancopter pilots collective agreement taking a bit more time than expected, but the NHV CEO could sign the it, or give green light in a short while. Correct me if I am wrong. The NHV pilots still working on individual contracts, but don't know the situation more precise, if the NHV pilots are working for a future collective agreement or not.

NHV are up for some new contracts in Aberdeen with their 175s, since the total operating costs (including costs for engineers, ground personell and pilots) are half of Bristow and CHCs, so the future seems to be with the 175. I guess no new contracts for Blueway/Dancopter anymore, since their operating costs are higher, similar to Bristow/CHC with in the same company.

I don't know how they compare to CHC, Bristow etc, but from what I understand the (coming) agreement is 190 workdays per year with 14 days (2x7) vacation at their choice, so 175 days if they take the vacation.

No, the future is with lower costs for Pilots, engineers and ground personnel, as you say.
175 has nothing to do with it.

Regarding the 175 I am just referring to some articles about the operating costs:

I do believe that you also are right tottigol, lowering the costs for pilots etc. The best times have passed, we are just a few years behind the airliners.

That is a two year old article, with very optimistic numbers by Airbus, then only Eurocopter.
There are still no EC175s (or whatever their new designation is supposed to be) in active service in the GoM and there won't be for the foreseeable future.:hmm:

NHV are all working on individual contracts. I don't think you will find two pilots with identical T&Cs not even those who have the same starting date in the company.

Aahhh, mr. "Double Entendre", good to hear from you. I don't hate Eurocopter nor Airbus Helicopters, I believe they are just people trying to make a living like me and you.
It's when information is distorted to appease the simpleminded that I get annoyed.
As of today, none of your statements regarding the EC175 has proven true.
