I live in the middle east , Qatar specifically .I do hold an FAA license and was planning to buy an Extra 300 . The only problem is that I need a tailwheel endorsement .
So will it be possible to hire an FAA CFI with a tailwheel endorsement to come abroad and teach me here in Qatar ? Taking in consideration that the plane will be " November " registered .
