does anyone know of a program I can use to create a custom map of the area I fly in, that I can add already existing web cams to, for checking on the weather? I already use Google Maps, Wecams.travel and a few other sites, but there are so many on there that I don't need or are faulty. I want to narrow it down to specific cameras in my area only from various sites.

I have no idea if this might help or not.

Add WebCams to Google Maps (http://techbrew.net/articles/200704/add-webcams-to-google-maps/)

The new Google MyMaps (http://maps.google.com/) makes it really easy for anyone to do the same thing, but without any JavaScript necessary."

To test it out, I recreated SpringsCam with a Google MyMap, resulting in a map of the Colorado Springs traffic cameras (http://snipurl.com/springs_cams).
Here’s how simple it is, provided you have a Google account (For GMail, Calendar, etc.):

Go to the map location where you want to add a webcam image.
Click on the MyMaps tab on the upper left. Click the “Create New Map” and give it a name and description.
...

Of course what is easy for some computer geek is impossible for many mortals. Good luck.

Hi,
you could code your own website, adding the links of the cams
or you can use
www.windyty.com
enter a town and then scroll the right side down.....
