Could any on the forum give me any information on VLM's operation regarding bases, working-hours and salary.

I tried the dutch forum. I think i pushed the wrong button's with these people.

Your welcome, it's just that some people are commenting on the fact one of the requirements for VLM is the ability to speak Flemish/Dutch. There a lot of immature people out there who would rather see that they get the job, so they revert to joking around rather than helping.
