In UK

There is a major player with odd things happening, restructured under a holding company, holding company name changed, big shareholder changes

Overdue accounts from APR 2014 (due in DEC?)

Lost auditor

Looking for a new auditor?
Sometimes not easy to find?
Cause of delay with acounts filing?

Managing Director nice bloke resigned? True?

Big claims, lots of bases, big shareholder keen to exit?

Anyone know who this could be or what is going on there?

Is there a new major investor in the wings to bail them out?

Hope they do their 'due diligence' to avoid surprises

You're asking us all these questions, when in truth, you already know the answers! Why?

alarm bells
there goes another auditor
resigned

anyone know why? presumably the auditors have their reasons

previous accounts showed difference of opinion on valuing assets presumably to give better impression of performance

that might help old shareholders to get out and encourage new shareholders in

I don't understand your prefixation to the changes of auditor

Auditors are appointed by the board at each annual general meeting or first board meeting of the year very often they keep using the same company but the board have the option to change if they think they are not getting a good deal or board members listen to shareholders views on who they want for whatever reasons
If a auditor finds fraud or wrong doings they are duty bound to report these even if they have resigned
