Jim Flemming passed away today aged 88. Jim was a fighter pilot through and through from P-40's as a Sgt pilot in New Guinea to Mustangs in Korea. Formed the first RAAF jet team, The Meteorites, flew Sabres, F-100's and F-104's plus the Mirage 111O. Was Director of the Australian War Memorial for five years and moved around in his own Cessna 172XP.
