Looks like the blades flexed during low G.
He was too aggressive with the nose up/down attitude.
Don't think the pilot will do that again in a hurry!
Recovery was rather stable as he managed to keep the airframe level :)

I don't think the Pilot could have been more aggressive if he was fighting of a Polar Bear. what a tit head.., looks like God was working well for the crowd that day..!

If you fly as if you're in a rigid rotor when you're not..... Hopefully no one got hurt!

Looks like the blades flexed during low G.

No low g there, he was at 1 g in a hover, but when bowing to the crowd, he was making the nose go down while pulling the disc back - first time was OK, but with the extra momentum of the second nose down, the tail just got in the way. Silly boy.

Probably comes under the "Streaker's defence" - it seemed like a good idea at the time.

AC,

To keep the aviation content maybe Gareth Evans' defence when he was Attorney-General and sent the F-111 to photograph the Gordon/Franklin debacle, 'it seemed like a good idea at the time'

Good old Biggles :p

I am not completly up to speed with Angolan army justice but
if this pilot is send to jail for this, he now already knows prison rule nr 1:

Watch your back when you bow down.
