After a considerable amout of googling I have yet to find the answer so I'll try here.

If you have EASA FI(H) + MEIR(H), what is required in order to be allowed to teach MEIR(H), and what is this rating called? IRI?

Is there a minimum number of total hours, or IMC/IFR hours required?

Its in cap804 at FCL.905.FI para g which is on page 305. You only need 200 hrs IFR exp for this route to IR instructional privileges rather than the 500 for an IRI. Test the same as iri though.
