Sorry to hear that, her loss, I just thought the nose art was a heck of a way to get it out of ones system.

It is believed to be a post-war photo, aircraft on occupation duty in Japan.

Probably not too far post-war.
The US added the red bar back to the national marking in Jan 1947, so pic probably late 1945 or 1946.
