My only visit to photograph some low level action was today. I opted for the Usk Valley to the east of Brecon in lieu of the conditions in the LFA7.

Is anyone able to clarify if there are any lowfly maps for the area as it would appear that there are a few routes in/out the Usk Valley itself.

I noted today that a GR4 (Rebel84) and T2 seemed to follow the valley down from Hay on Wye to Brecon before turning left towards Abergavenny. I know that it flows both ways but can anyone provide any more knowledge please?

Lots of Mach Loop photography on the Fighter Control forum ;

It might be worth asking for help on there too ?

Thanks Dave, I am a member of Fox2 and it would seem that the South is an unknown quantity when it comes to low level locations

First glance at the photo and I thought, "What's he shooting at?"

Some links on FC to LFA7 here ;
Search ? FighterControl ? Home to the Military Aviation Enthusiast (http://www.fightercontrol.co.uk/forum/search.php?keywords=LFA7&terms=all&author=&sc=1&sf=all&sr=posts&sk=t&sd=d&st=0&ch=300&t=0&submit=Search)

I'm sure there was also someone on FC who was setting up a LFA7 group so perhaps worth scrolling through those posts and having a look ?
