Pre requesits are 1500 hours total time to apply

you will fly a Convair 580 in South America on cargo ops until completeing 1250 hours on type, this should take 2-3 years at which time you will have no salary for the entire term of the hours and no accomadation allowance.

there is no gaurentee of empolyment after you have completed the hours

any pilot with 1500 hours TT who would like to apply?

Anyone who participates in P2F deserves everything they get.

Usually an empty wallet, no job at the end of it and lifelong shame.

I will never respect anyone who P2F and helps to degrade the aviation profession.

Good luck to all you rich kids out there!!!

At least you would get invited to lots of interviews. If only for the interviewers to laugh at you in person.
How much of an idiot would you have to be to:

A. Do P2F anyway knowing how you will be looked on for the rest of your career by colleagues, know how airlines will view you, and know that you're essentially destroying your own T&C's for the rest of your career.

B. Then choose to do said P2F on an outdated, small turboprop in South America, flying according to this, 400 hours per year! It's not like the 737/320 jobs which you can kind of understand someone's burning desire to have their picture taken sitting in a jet engine with their shiny three bars, it's an old turboprop?!?!

That s right, run to susi air, I heard they are short of pilots and they are desperate.
In 6 months, they received only 3 cv. Simply shocking. Pilot shortage.

Susi air offer food and beer , 6000$ for co-pilot and a free house with ladies in swimming pool and nobody want work there!!

Only 3 CV's? Who told you that crap? They get about 50 a week. Sometimes more.

Please only post about things you know.
