I gather that Coningsby's caterers have not grasped the concept of in-flight meals yet!

That's nothing new, Wensleydale. In 1982 I was leading a pair of F-4s from CGY to a secret base in the South Atlantic. Catering provided us with in-flight sustenance: four white butty boxes, a litre bottle of diluted orange juice and four paper cups! :ugh:

Go on Courtney, we're all waiting to hear how you shared out the orange squash while inflight.
