Medical Class 1 Initial Help

I'm about to have my initial medical. I was looking for help on any advice or things that I should take? So when I get there I don't look like a fool.

Honestly, glasses if you have a prescription, otherwise turn up clean, breakfasted, and relaxed. And a full bladder for the sample.

Current charges at Welcome to the UK Civil Aviation Authority. (http://www.caa.co.uk) along with how to book it.

And it takes a morning or afternoon.
