Hey guys I was wondering which airlines in Europe offer FO or SO positions to the holders of Frozen ATPL. ....

First of all, do you have the right to live and work in Europe? Do you know any local lingo?

British Airways, Aer Lingus, Lufthansa, KLM and Air France for sure, but you have to be fluent in the local language as well.

Forget Europe mate, you have a better chance of joining NASA, I believe they're looking for FOs. Check out the careers section of their website.
