Alright guys, first time posting, I've searched through the pages trying to find information on 'Target Aviation' but can't see anything, does anyone know what the deal is, their site says it's flight training at a lower cost than most schools out there, that they're based at several sites in the north but it also only mentions one guy and what appears to be a limited number of aircraft, on paper you look at it and it ticks the boxes but does anyone know what the deal is? Are they more like a third party that organises your training? Because of the name google and other search engines bring up their own site and numerous news articles and blogs relating to aviation targets and stats so trying to find unbiased info or reviews is proving difficult.
AT the moment I am 32 years old and am working offshore, my aim is to start my flying training in the next 18 months and am looking at going down the modular route but trying to gather some information on modular (full-time) ATPL(frozen) courses with all the trimmings and hope to attend some open days and do some visits as my work rotation allows my plan is to have funds in place and relocate to England with my family from N Ireland until training is complete and see where the work takes me as I'm well aware that it won't just fall into my lap. I'm trying to build up a good an overview of schools and their pros/ cons such as cost, reputation, are any preferred more or less by certain airlines? Rental prices in the area, work opportunities for my partner whilst I train.
