yep its crap....

I needed a password reset...been waiting since before easter.
given I have to call during business hours, might start billing CASA for my time on phone

CASA has allocated all its time to a legislative rewrite and the self-service portal has suffered as a consequence?

Have you tried emailing them? I had password issues too, but was resolved after a couple days through email.

Do they still tell you what your actual password is ?
(A while ago they told me mine, which means that either they didn't encrypt it, or, that they encrypted it in a reversible form., Both methods are woeful security, so don't reuse your casa password on other sites).

first contact was via email due to time of day I was attempting log in.
In my 'CASA' folder there's 5 emails to them to get it fixed, none of which have truly been answered. 2 of them generated an automatic response.

A couple of phone calls and I have given up hope.
