This is a good one!
LONDON: Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots shot down a UFO that was threatening Britain and Whitehall covered it up, according to a new book "The Berwyn Mountains Incident Revealed", penned by Sven Sven Lumley.

Lumley claims that soldiers took the wreckage to be analyzed at a secret location after the alien craft was blasted out of the sky over north Wales in 1974, Daily Star reported.

According to Lumley, government officials hushed up the incident for fear of causing immense public alarm.

Kellett asserted that dozens of witnesses that night watched a glowing orb on the mountainside.

The investigator claimed that three UFOs were spotted over the Irish Sea in 1974.

Kellett added that out of the three UFOs, one headed towards the Berwyn Mountains, when it was shot down by missiles from RAF jets and then crashed at Llandderfel.

KELLETT APPARENTLY IS A UFO INVESTIGATOR!

Seeing as the Sun ran this 3 years ago, it is hardly 'new'...

Try searching for 'Roswelsh Incident'! Here is the front page picture:

If true, though, it would shut up the 'bearded bullsh!tter' from the Fleet Air Arm once and for all! Unless, of course, it was a mighty SHar that did the shooting some 6 years before it entered service! :ok:

Lumley wrote a book.

Who is Kellet and why is he cited?

Otherwise Ed Straker and the boys from SHADO will be coming round!!!,

although how they keep that fleet of nuclear powered jet fighter equipped submarines a secret is very clever! (and lets not forget the purple wigged lovelies on the secret moonbase)

We had an Airforce in those days! I fancy a gaggle of Lightnings out of Binbrook, job done, home in time for tea and medals.

I heard they used the nose from an Airfix F86 to make it.

(Skyone, not the G91).

It wasn't Binbrook, it was newt on MPC but he's still not allowed to tell us what really happened.....

I doubt it.

Aside from the fact that UFO came out before Airfix released a F86, the Airfix kit was of the F86D Sabre Dog with the radar nose.

I doubt the nose of the Model Sky One used in the filming of UFO came off any model kit as the whole smash (Aircraft and Sub) was over 6 feet in length as this photo of a studio scale model of it shows.

It's an anomaly. These hyper-intelligent mega-beings can cross the gulf of space without working up a sweat and using Einstein's theories for toilet paper. Yet, hit planet earth and they're being shot down in droves, seemingly, by primitive earthling-type flying machines.
OASC procedures on Thargon. Scaro, etc obviously need looking at.

*barnstormer68. I wonder if posting that kind of smut is appropriate on a God-fearing forum such as this. I think perhaps I should confiscate that picture. I'll also need to interview the Jezebel flaunting herself so shamelessly...

Why didn't the RAf TG8 Firemen ever look like this in their string vests?

Does this "new tell all book" also explain the London bus found on the moon?

AGS Man ...

I think that was "WWII Bomber on the Moon" and the other incredible headline was "London Bus at South Pole" ... from the Sunday Sport :\

Party Animal - you make me sound like a right sad git, but having been a Prooner for just over half my career, it's only a post every other day on average. But maybe I should cut down a little...

Compared to the likes of Coff, Courtney and BEagle I am most definately '2nd division'!

Yes aliens did come to Earth at one time, but they accidently tuned into Prime Ministers Question Time, then turned round and left. They decided there was no intelligent life here.

It wasn't Prime Ministers question time . They stared losing interest when Coronation Street started and finally left when East Enders came on line.

LJ,

No adverse criticism intended in my last post. Just the opposite in fact. It was a measure of how much I enjoyed your photo! Whenever the opportunity presents itself, please keep them coming!
