Hadn't Linus retired and left? Maybe the airline didn't know. I only found out here.

Yeah, he left quietly a while back. Most of us are learning of that now as well, with his passing. Will be dearly missed. RIP Bro.

Apparently he left the company back in 2011. So that probably explains why we heard nothing from EK.
