Maun - as usual

Hi all,

Just a brief question...

I am aware that the best times to look for work in Maun or Gabarone are November and Feb.

How long does the season last for and how long do people stay.

Ie. can you fly during the 3 months it takes for Visa's etc to be sorted.

Another qustion for Maun-based pilots...

Would you reccommend getting a 206 rating before going there? Or would it be more convenient to do one once there?
