Looking for Advice - Flight Schools in NYC Area

Hey all,

I'm in NYC and looking to take lessons. Really want a top-notch school. Given my location in NYC, northern NJ or Westchester County would be ideal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

yes - give Performance Flight at Westchester a shout. I did a BFR there and they were excellent:

I concur; PF's instructors and the training program are excellent. Through them I have received my PPL, my IR and all my proficiency flights since 2010.

Though much smaller in scale, the folks at Century Air at CDW are also quite good; it's always good to have a back up plan.
