Hi,
I just passed the EASA CPL MEP(A) IR checkride in Germany and I'm not sure with place to go for the MCC & JOC. By the way, do I need an JOC? I'm confused and I don't know with Sim should I go for. The prices start from 2000EUR and go up to 8000EUR. Is the difference that great and is it an advantage to spend more in order to get picked by an arline?
Would be great if I could some help here :)

Thanks

I would recommend a place in Berlin called sim4u
Very professional and the best money I have spend on my training, helped me a lot after when I did my type rating.
They will give you the JOC certificate as well.

Hey Aless85 What type rating did you do there, and could I also ask was it expensive? Do they help you to get employment after the type rating??

I did not do a Type Rating there, I did an MCC&JOC.

Great facilities and open 24h to study.

There were some people doing TR but those are done in FFS, the MCC is done in FNPTII.

The Sim is I would say as good as it gets, and the Instructors experienced and professional.

If I were you I wouldn't be expecting any help to get a job, if some of these MCC ATO sells you this is probably to sell you the MCC but trust me 99% they won't get you a job..
Maybe refer you to a P2F job... But nothing you cannot find on your own.

Do the course cuz it's a requirement and a good experience.

Good luck!

I would like to attend MCC in airbaltic. They offer discount 500€ if you come with another person for MCC. So doesn't anyone know a person, who wants to attend MCC ?? I need a partner :)
Thank you
