Hi all,

I have followed several threads on PPRUNE throughout my flight training but this is my first post.
I am another of the many CPL/MEIR holders, trying to break there way into the industry.

This being said, I have been lucky enough to have a potential interview with Air Serbia (former Jat airways). I say "potential" as I have been told a date is yet to be confirmed. But being in my position I need to make sure I am prepared for any eventuality.

I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the Air Serbia pilot interview process, as I am finding it very hard to find anything online. I have been studying my ATPL notes along with using interview question banks, but was hoping for any help or advise anyone could give me regarding Air Serbia.

Any information would be highly appreciated.

I have previously used the "ACE" guides, but seeing as they are full of mistakes and generally discredited from several forum posts I have read, I am curious as to any information anyone could give me regarding the Air Serbia Pilot Interview Process. Thankyou though!

Hi,

Though I do not have more concrete info, I heard that they are using some sort of psychological evaluations in addition to some general skills tests, so it appears that they are using the latest evaluation methods when selecting candidates- contrary to what was the case in good old JAT. Suppose that all you can do is prepare for these..

If i am not wrong, nothing that i know in details, but isn't it that i terview is done in Abu Dhabi with HR people from Etihad?! So my guess will be that you should look for Etihads recruitment process.
Will you please confirmed that you are waiting for the interview date or I missunderstod you. Thanks.
