Licence convertion Botswana, how difficult?

Been trying to do this in Kenya, a bloody complicated procedure and costly. Thinking, maby I should try other countries in Africa. Can anyone tell me what to expect during this process in Botswana?

Also interested in what the season is looking like this year, lots of turists?

That bad, or maby you all tired of the subject. I can understand that. I heard from a friend of mine that things are slow in Kenya, about 30% of what it was before and competition was getting cut-throat. Any comments? Especially interested in the Bots situation.
