Would value any relevant advice;
After a recent conversation I was informed about an online aptitude test for an established airline. The format of the test was in questionnaire format and asked the candidate to deem the degree to which they agree with the statement e.g. 1 = Totally Agree, 5 = Completely Disagree

The question was along the lines of, "I see tasks through to the end" and so forth.
What is your opinion regarding this in terms of being an 'airline pilot?'

Thanks in advance!

Its a CV filter nothing more.
You have proven you have the capability by forking out £££££££ and getting yourself a license to be able to apply for the job.

I believe recruitment just think a license can be obtained out of a cereal box. (like the FAA one :ok:)

Be yourself. There are now "right or wrong" answers.

If you answer "everything perfect" - you will end up on one of the extremes. They don´t want that.
Another thing, different companies are looking for different people. You might do perfect for 1 company, but it won't be good enough for another.
