I am looking at the possibility of buying a ex UK registered gazelle that the engineering facility is recommending reflaging to the Serbian aircraft register and overhauling completely the airframe and engine .
Has anyone done this ? Or know anyone who has ?
I have spoken to some gazelle guys and they have said not to do it because I won't be able ever to sell it ,major problems with engine after overhaul ,and I won't be able to return to any EASA registration ever again
Is this true ?
