Hello Fellow Spotters,
As we all know by now that the Emirates A380 touchdown in Scotland for the first time ever and thousands of spotters flocked to Glasgow to see the historic moment as the Glaswegian Captain bring her in. :)
Just a quick question for those that could see the aircraft come in from the perimeter fence (As I was on top of the car park so couldn't actually see the touchdown or the taxi) But did the aircraft get a water cannon salute when it pulled into stance? I asked a few people as they where walking back and they said it didn't! Which is quite disappointing as it was a significant moment and would have been a great photo opportunity as we don't know when Glasgow will ever see the A380 in the near future.
