Anybody care to share any info on the above either publicly or via PM, as to whats on offer as I was away on a trip and missed it.

Big aeroplanes that fly long distances, terms that will change two dozen times before you actually arrive in China, a warm reception from your new colleagues. Just a guess.

From a couple mates of mine that did the above...Mr Kilo has just summed it up quite accurately...he forgot to mention the "fines" that can be levied by the airline for "violations" of company policy...read ALL the fine print...which of course will be available when you set foot on their property..subject to revision of course

IronButt, did you friends go to CSA or was it another airline. To my (limited) knowledge there is no fine system like that in CSA.
Experiences with another Chinese airline is like comparing EK to Qatar
