Hi every one,
first of all my apologies if this is not the correct forum to ask...
i am in the midst of renovating my study/office.. and i want to cover my walls with wallpaper of pictures of IFR Enroute map(s)..
any one know where i can get a HD electronic Jeppesen or LIDO charts. i i was thinking of scanning my set but the resolution is not adequate for the size of the walls hence require a HD PDF copy... ideally i would want the coverage from Europe - Turkey - Middle east. They don't have to be current but reasonably new within 12mths....
can any one help me obtain these charts..

any help would be appreciated :))

thanks for the reply. I checked jepps but they dont offer any pdf singular chart purchase either you have to subscribe a set or need to purchase electronic software that don't offer PDF files. As it is not for operational use i don't need the ERC-H to be current

but thankyou anyway :)

I was thinking more, as you're planning to stick them on the wall, of going for paper charts in the first place.

Another source for those which you may not have considered, and which isn't expensive, is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/253101/20131023-AIDU_Products_and_services-U.pdf

I bought a set of high- and low-level charts a few years ago and they are very good quality.

Alternatively, if you really do want PDFs, try here: Navigraph (http://www.navigraph.com/Charts.aspx)

I used to purchase charts from :

No 1 Aeronautical Information Documents Unit
Royal Air Force Northolt
West End Road, Ruislip
Middlesex
HA4 6NG
UNITED KINGDOM

They will sell individual copies and they are, IMHO, of excellent quality. When I was a kid I had my walls plastered with IAL charts.... but then I discovered the RAF ones.

DaveReidUK:
thanks for the info and links... The reason why i wanted the charts to be in a pdf format is so scale of the image and print on the wallpaper itself. The problem of just pasting paper charts is dimensions, scale and more importantly the clutter.
here is an example of a training facility that has implemented the idea.

thanks for links.. i see its for military personnel or you need to subscribe..they have no pictures or example of the charts for me to figure out if they are suitable.

Another source worth considering is SkyVector:

got 2 canon laser printers and 1 pallet of A4 paper :)))
no the tradesman doing the wallpaper have an industrial printer ./plotter... i have seen skyvector but unable to download the chart via screen capture even then when you scale the image the picture quality becomes bad and pixelated.. :))
