Hi all,

Aerologic is looking for pilots, according to PPJN.

Any news on that? Anyone got invited? Why does it say on all aerologic websites no recruitment at the moment but PPJN says screenings in Feburary and March 2014?

Thanks for any info.

(some) Applicants that have registered last year have been or will be contacted for assessments, next to those from the TFC flightschool. No new applicants accepted atm.

Hi,

have you been invited for an assessment?

Do you speak german?

There is some old info on german forums but no recent info.

Actually I think they did not change a lot since the last assessments.

Greetings

No invitation yet however hope to receive one soon.

Found some information regarding the sim check... Raw data t/o - turns - climb / descend - single engine ndb - g/a and ils landing.

Does anyone knows what to expect during the psychological test and best way to prepare for it? Is it a DLR test?

Hello again,

any news on recruitment for aerologic?

Still rumours about 1-4 planes coming in 2015-2016. Does anybody know if those rumours are correct and, if yes, when to expect some new recruitment of FO/SO.

Thanks for info.

I sent them an email asking if they are flexible to accept candidates not fluent in german, but after they can have a period to learn.

I remembered that LUFTHANSA did it with LuFTHANSA ITALIA pilots when they ceased the the operations in Milan. Pilots had a period to learn german .

But they said to me that it is a requisite , so no chance.

Everybody hired in the past with less than the requirements posted online has been hired as a second officer but since the introduction of AL own flight school program, second officers are no longer externally recruited. So if you want to get in, the route is only via a First Officer Application with the 1000h MPA being the absolute minimum. Keep in mind though that the average experience of candidates is usually a lot higher than that.

experience of candidates attending the last screening in November ranged from 800hrs to 8000hrs

Hi,

how is the status? Any invitation yet? It is still online in their Website!

By the way has there been a decision regarding the 5 777 options yet? It has been delayed till September 2015 but then no news.

Last status about aircrafts was 8 x 777F and remaining, so no actual expansion in view of new aircraft at the moment.

3 Weeks ago there has been the Assessment Center for their abinitio program in Essen to become SO, so maybe after their Christmas Break they will Continue with FO Positions ?

Hi Guys,

I would like to apply as well. Only thing on my mind is a rumor that Lufthansa didn't extend their contracts with aerologic yet. Does anybody know any more details about this?

Hi,

leasing contracts for the planes are running at least till 2019 - 2020. I dont think that LH will stop this operation.

There are still rumours about fleet expansion but still nothing confirmed.

well the rumors have been around for many years now. fortunately there are only a handful of naive people left believing this BS
