The 2005 French movie "Skyfighters" is on SBS2 at 8:30pm (ie 10 min). Its basically a French version of Top Gun. The plot is just as bad. The girl is not as cute as Kelly McGillis but the filming of the flying is sooo much better.
I you haven't seen it, do yourself a favour.

In the iPad APP store, search for Vdownload lite. Download it to your iPad and you can then use the search function to find a stack of aviation movies. The APP searches for movies that have been loaded to YouTube.
There is a load of other stuff as well.
There is also a lot of historical material there as well, B&W and colour. TSR2, Typhoon, early jets, etc.
