Can anyone throw any light on a rumour that Derichebourg, who were linked to Servisair, now have to lose their name and become a newco? Lots of info on Swissport/Servisair but nothing on this one.

A quick search on google will tell you what the new company name is.

It was changed on 23rd December.

I shouldnt think so as Derichebourg were the parent company of Servisair. With them selling Servisair to Swissport should not affect them as a company.

I could be wrong though:rolleyes:

They sold off their entire aviation busines interests - the ground handling and the cleaning business.. The name had to be changed immediately as Derichebourg are still a trading company in recycling and whatever else they do.+

They are now owned by Swissport but operate under the Flightcare brand. There will be some rebranding and uniform changes (not red).
