Airbus 320 Dual IR fail

Hi, If I have this emergemcy on my airbus will I still be able to navegate based on the remaining IR or the plane will not allow me to do so?

Why not check in FCOM? Fly, Navigate, Communicate and ECAM Actions. You will be able but no AP and in ALT law.
