Recommended Class 1 Medical Examiner (AME) For Buckinghamshire/London?

I've just moved back to South Bucks from overseas, and the AME I used to see here has retired. I know there is a list of medical examiners on the CAA website, but prefer recommendations. Will go as far as Herts or London to see the right person.

What sort of price are you folks paying for a basic Class 1 these days?
