Dear all,
I know that various airliners request a suitable pilot character profile. In order to select the right person some kind of Crew Resource Management- test is taken consisting of:
- communication skills
- group interaction skills
- psychological/emotion management during stressfull situations
- etc.
Are there people who have experience in this test? If yes, could you please briefly summarize the test method/activities that were applied during the test?
