I am looking for a copy of this report, ideally in PDF.

I have found part of it at Noise & Communication on the Flt Deck (http://aeromedical.org/Articles/NIHL.html) but it seems to stop or be corrupted after the schematic?

Anyone have a copy they can refer me to, or pm me for my email.

Might be worth trying that link again, on a different computer, or maybe someone else's computer. The "corruption" is not total !

It opens perfectly well on my desktop PC, but I must admit that the first time I tried was on my i-Phone, and the second half of the report was unreadable, just as you said.
