What would be the best Alternative for getting pax to Courchevel, in terms of a larger aircraft?

Is Chambery your best bet?

Yep. Chambery then Grenoble I think.

Not a cool thing to admit here but the best of the lot is the train to Moutiers!

Yes, Chambery. Also you can use Lyon LFLL or LFLY if you're not trained for Chambery and end-up weather limited.
Avoid Annecy LFLP (located between Geneva and Chambery) as their de-icing equipment is U/S.

What training are they looking for at Chambery, I'm not finding anything prescribed?

All details should be contained within, you will need a written brief of some sort (Articles 1, maybe 2,3 also), dependent on criteria contained within the above.
