Six "F5's over New York today?

Ok...sad git that I am I was waiting for a flight to Cleveland at Newark this afternoon when I saw what looked to be three two ships of "F5's" low level and slow over Manhattan. Anyone any clue as to what they were?

I doubt they were F5's.....but my eyes aren't brilliant these days :ok:
