Any FAA DAR engineering inspector in Middle East?

Would really appreciate any help anybody can give us. We have a requirement for an FAA-authorised DAR engineering inspector to help us sign off an FAA ferry permit for a bizjet in Saudi. Not complicated work, but the guy ideally needs to be in the region or can visit Saudi before Christmas to look at the aircraft.

And he needs to be already permitted by his FAA supervisor to work in Europe / Middle East.

Any leads gratefully received (by public or private posts no problem).

As well as our DAR requirement, we could also do with help from any freelance FAA A&P who is in Saudi at present, and who could do general A&P work on an N-reg light bizjet. Any leads appreciated.
