The procedure as described by Airbus is not an emergency and not even an amber land as soon as possible . Having a look at " other inop systems" , it says passenger oxygen masks auto + manual inop. Does it sound like an emergency to you ? How can we continue the flight without cabin masks for pax? Why Airbus didn't put it in bold instead of putting it in " other inop systems" .Would you consider landing as soon as possible considering that in case of depressurization , all pax will die in a split of a second without oxygen. What do you think? Thanks for your input

You can dispatch without any fixed pax oxy working provided you limit your level to FL250.

Maybe worth an immediate request to descend to this level and then consider your options. I think that is what I would do although you have already dispatched and others may decide to do nothing.
