Good Medical Examiners - North Carolina - USA

I'm looking for a good medical examiner in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. Just moved here. Need someone for a class one medical who is "airline pilot friendly."
Anyone living in the area have suggestions?

How do you define good? I suspect your 'airline pilot friendly' classification is not the same.......... Would such a doctor be less 'passenger friendly'?
