Hello,

is that possible to convert my JAA CPL license + Flight instructor rating to FAA license with flight instructor rating in UK, without going to the United States?

Thank you

Yes it is possible, but plenty of hoops to jump through. Try Tim Price at Shoreham.

Kingsfield Helicopters in Perth (Scotland) do a lot of FAA stuff

Thank you for your useful information.

The reason of my conversion from JAA to FAA, is that I need to endorse R66, as I have a job offer in the Far East.

It seems that the only way to endorse R66 is through doing the JAA-FAA convertion first.

Don't you have any other ideas of how to get R66 rating? I hold only a JAA CPL.

Thank you

There is no such thing as an R-66 rating in FAA land. As far as I know it is also not covered by the SFAR either.
