Need some help diagnosing a problem we encountered last flight after refueling.
Basically left outer tank fuel transferred to inner tank without transfer valve opening. After fueling +/-10000 kgs following indications LH outer 90 KGS/ LH inner 4800 KGS/ RH inner 4300 KGS/ RH outer 700 KGS. Again both transfer valves closed as per normal after refueling procedure. After trouble shooting and trying to transfer still same issue loosing fuel out of LH outer tank till 90KGS.
We are thinking a pressure disc between the LH inner outer tank ruptured especially since all fuel dosnt transfer from outer tank it stops at 90 KGS. Any body experiance these problems before or any other explanations.
