Normally I'm strongly opposed to pilots who undercut others and offer to work for less or for free - just ruins the industry for us all.
However, in this case I'll make an exception! I have equal or more experience to this wally and would happily offer advice and support to any fellow aspiring professional pilot for the grand price of....
$0!

I can't see anything wrong with this. Although not usually an auction, there are similar services for other "commodities." Legal advice, maths, English and science pre exam tutors, interview preparation and resume writing. Aviation employment is not some untouchable sacred cow.
