BA TRC Vacancies

I was always under the impression they only recruited internally, however they are currently advertising for TRCs on their careers website.
Anyone know what's brought this change on, and/or have any furthur info on the positions they're offering? (pay, hours etc)

Would seem BA are looking at ways of further reducing their ground handling overheads at LHR further and I'm sure that they've noticed that the job of TRC/TRM is performed outside of LHR for less than half the wage that the BA TRM guys are earning at LHR for doing EXACTLY the same work/responsibilities.

So do we think this is on reduced terms to what TRMs are currently getting at LHR? Same pay as a customer service agent perhaps?
