Hi Matty,
Only just stumbled over this post. You are absolutely spot on, it is the same crook that owned PFT that now owns and runs Skyways Flight Training....Be very very careful with your money, do not pay any up front, also do check other ATOs as a bench mark.
Nothing surprises me these days but the CAA are just as guilty for approving organisations like this one. No moral backbone!!!
