pressurise the airways with a filtered pressure air system sold for the purpose and you solve the problem.

I am not an AME but speaking as an experienced anaesthetist I doubt very much that OSA is compatible with an aviation medical certificate.

I suggest you talk to an AME or telephone the CAA at Gatwick ( I have always found the Medical Dept staff to be most helpful).

Do let us know how you get on.

Actually OSA is not a big problem, you need it to be assessed, I use a CPAP machine and the only thing I would say is the CAA requirements are excessive for me, I have OSA and use a CPAP which the CAA require me to use as per their schedule http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/49/20110802ObstuctiveSleepApnoeaV2.pdf
in spite of the fact that my Epworth scale level has never been above 3, and only that high because I operate LH operations so tired from that. Looking ATM to get my treatment changed to an MAD.

Why should it matter? We don't sleep at work.

Problem with OSA is that many end up sleeping at work and many other times they do not want to! Look at the Epworth scale in my link and you will see many of the questions relate to sleeping at the wrong time!
