VWS system?

I am looking for info about what the VWS system is as seen on e.g. Skycrane S64E.

Could anyone explain this system in general or point to documentation of same?

Ok, I finally got a CH-54B manual.

The VWS system stands for Voice Warning Signal and can briefly be described as a limited 'Black Box'.
