Ladies and Gents of private flying, I need some help please.

I'm looking for an aircraft in Surrey, preferably from either Fairoaks or Redhill, but I'm open to suggestions for other airfields or private strips. I've already been introduced to Azure Flying Club who seem like an excellent outfit, but I would just like to find out if there are any other options.

I am an fATPL holder, currently job-hunting on something with wings (fixed) at the pointy end, but in the meantime I need to stay current. Moreover, I desperately miss flying. However my cabin crew job doesn't bring in too much at the moment and I need to feed my habit for as little as possible.

So in short, an aircraft as close to Leatherhead/ Redhill, for as cheap as possible.

Thanks!

Try gliding at Lasham. You never know, they might let you fly the tugs after a while. Assuming you want to once you have discovered silent flight.

Volunteer for the Surrey Air Search. You might get some P2 time where your contribution to the group is non-cash.

Hi rriisshhii,

I suggest you might find cheaper flying at the Tiger Club at Lashenden (aka Headcorn).

BP.

Hello,

Have a word with London Helicopter Centres, they have a nice DR400 G-CONB, flew it once and it is a nice machine :ok:
