Hi everyone!

I'm trying to help a friend who is about to start training for his IR soon, and we are looking for some materials on IFR rules and approach procedures. Does anyone here have anything left from your training or any of you that are still in the training? I didnt save anything... dumb ass me...

Thanks!

Don't wish to appear rude, but if you don't remember, i hope you're not still flying.

What? He didn't say he didn't know them, he is looking for material. Presumably manuals that he can send to his friend to study.

Jeez.

I believe there is a site for PPL/IR full of info on IR material and news, if you google you should get it.

These are from Australia, so some of the regulatory stuff will be different to EASA, but the theory stuff is pretty generic:

Civil Aviation Safety Authority - Operational Notes (http://www.casa.gov.au/scripts/nc.dll?WCMS:STANDARD::pc=PC_90011)

Also, from the FAA:

Welcome to the Wannabee forums!

I think you have had some good replies and you obviously know where to look yourself so I am closing this thread to prevent it becoming a hamster wheel!

Good luck
