Hello all, I'm looking for some info on a C206 (historical) that would have been in the Mount Isa Aero Club when it existed in the 70-80's. The aircraft may have ended it's service life as a result of an accident at Pineapple Creek in Qld ... date unknown, I have done my research of records but can't find any info of what happened or where it ended up, any help would be appreciated.
A Heliwork Bell 206B (3) owned by Curry-Kenney group carries the VH Rego now just to add to the confusion ....
cheers

I have a note that says RFX was officially registered to the Mount Isa Aero Club Inc. on 18.04.1978. On 21.06.1979, she experienced an engine failure, and stalled into trees in a timbered area approx. 47nm south west of Ingham.

Here is a photo of it. To my eyes this would be a 'write off'
